Meet Rory, a very handsome 2 year old Golden/Lab Retriever mix.
He’s one of the most responsive dogs I’ve met. He sat nicely for treats, and walked beautifully.
His fur is a bit of a chameleon depending on background and sunlight – he is mostly reddish, but can appear very golden.
He is happiest when he is allowed to run off leash in an enclosed exercise pen, so he would be best paired up with someone who likes to run (not jog) or has a large enclosed backyard so he can run.
Rory also loves to play with toys- he often tosses them and then chases them- and whenever he discovers them it’s like Christmas for him. He practically lights up with joy.
Look at him go!
Aw, look at him trying to bury his toy.
Rory gets along with other dogs and would love to have a canine sibling to run/play with.
He also loves to be petted- here he is caught enjoying a butt scratch!
Even though this picture is dark, you can tell Rory is enjoying his chest rub!
