Featured Dog: Paige – ADOPTED!

Paige

This beautiful girl is Paige, a year old (I think) Foxhound mix.

Paige

Paige loves treats and does know ‘sit’ but she would much rather be playing with her toys. Sometimes, the toys get her attention more than the treats!

Paige

Obedience school would be a plus for Paige, because she’s a little sensitive, and it would boost her confidence. She would also love agility classes because she loves to run and jump.

Paige

Despite her high energy, Paige does settle down long enough for me to pet her- and she is very still and quiet when I do. Such a polite girl!

Paige

When Paige gets tired, she lies in the grass and “munches” on her toy.

Paige

I have to admit, I don’t know if she was afraid of my camera or wanted me to chase her. She certainly loved being chased!

Paige

It might be a little easier to chase if it’s another dog, and fortunately, Paige gets along with other dogs, especially if they want to play with her!

Paige

The next series of photos depict my favorite part of Paige: her great leaping ears!

Paige

She can be still one moment, then break out in a very excited play-bow.

Paige

The photo below reminds me of Marilyn Monroe… you know, dress billowing up. Except replace the dress with ears.

Paige

No, it was not windy that day. It’s all Paige, really.

Paige

Have you seen a dog SO happy?

Paige

Those ears again.

Paige

This one? They’re like wings of Hermes. Maybe Nike needs to recruit her…

Paige

Here she is aiming for a touchdown…

Paige

Or a pass…

Paige

Or maybe she’s trying to deflect.

Paige

Gooooooooooal! Time for another game! Can you tell she’ll be fun to play with?

Paige

Notice how Paige is running “sideways” in this photo!
