Featured Dog: Layla- ADOPTED!

Layla close up

The weather is changing these days- to much colder temperatures- and it means it’s the perfect time for one of my favorite things- snuggling! I found a good snuggler in Layla — she was steady, even, and quietly calm but loved to be petted and have her belly rubbed. It was a little hard to believe that she was just under a year old.

Layla loves bellyrubs
Layla is not very modest about asking for bellyrubs 🙂

Layla on the grass
Layla knows ‘sit’ very well and walks nicely on a leash. She still retains her puppyhood by pouncing on her toys, so she’d be fun to play with. She’s got a mixed experience with other dogs- she prefers polite dogs and would probably be fine with a dog that ignores her. Or she’d love to have you all to herself, preferably in front of a cozy fireplace. -)

If you’re interested in Layla, come visit her in Kennel 22. For more information about Layla contact doginfo@apsofdurhamorg.
