Featured Dog: Micah – ADOPTED!

Micah

Doesn’t Micah look SO happy here? This is his default expression, and he’s quite the joyful dog, especially when he gets to play fetch. If it’s even possible, he’s even happier when he plays with a toy and brings it back. He thoroughly enjoys his game, and really loves it when you throw the toy an unlimited number of times.

Micah

Micah is about a year old, and even though he looks fluffy and cozy, he can be a little sensitive about touch (nothing aggressive, just not the begging-for-affection type). He’ll need some good people socialization, but given how food-and-toy motivated he is, he should be fine once he’s trained.

Micah

As you can tell, he’s a pro at ‘sit’ whether for treats or toys. He would love his obedience school classes!

Micah

He’s a little on the small side and excellent with other dogs, so if you want another dog that doesn’t take up more room than your current one, he could be your guy. He looks bigger than he actually is because of his thick coat (he may have some settler/collie characteristics).

Here’s photos of Micah playing in all his pure unadulterated joy:
