Featured Dog: Dolly – ADOPTED!

First of all, I’d like to apologize that the majority of photos are more or less repetitive, but this is really what you get when you meet Dolly, a 6 months old Straffordshire terrier mix. She really does stop and look at you all the time, and I mean All. The. Time. It is very, very hard to resist her.

A closer look…

Then closer…

And much closer…

Look at that sweet little underbite (she has a very gentle mouth), the wide-set eyes, and the inward paws. That combination really slays me every time I look at her. And she’s so food motivated, that she already knows ‘sit’ and is very attentive (she stops several times during the walk and looks at you pleadingly, either to be petted or given a treat. She’s perfectly fine with either, but she really loves attention.). A couple more photos:

I think she’s trying to go for a smirk here, but she is just way TOO cute for one.

Dolly loves playing with toys and gets along well with other dogs. She’s a great size, though, if you are looking for a small but active dog.

If you are interested in Dolly, please come visit her in Kennel 5.
