Featured Dog: Roscoe – GBNF

This goofy-looking boy is Roscoe, a 7 months old shepherd mix with a twinkle in his eyes. He has such a good-natured, fun-loving, and relaxed personality.

Case in point:

As you can tell, Roscoe knows ‘sit’ and he listens beautifully. He’ll be a great dog to train- he’s very focused and eager to learn. He doesn’t just stop there, though. Roscoe is also very affectionate and likes to lean against you while being petted.

In fact, I would say Roscoe’s motto is “work hard, play hard, crash and hope for a bellyrub.” 🙂 He can be endearingly goofy, like when he noticed that another volunteer was refilling the birdbath. He decided to nudge his head under her arm to get to the birdbath, getting wet in the process.

(the result)

Roscoe says “Can we do it again?”
