Featured Dog: Harley – ADOPTED!

Meet Harley, a mostly-fullgrown flat coat retriever mix who’s slightly under a year old. One volunteer described him, “Harley is one happy puppy!” and he is indeed just that- a very happy looking dog with a purple spotted tongue!

However, Harley seems to be unsure of himself, because he doesn’t always quite know what’s expected of him, so he would benefit from train  ing and a regular routine. It would also help if there was another canine sibling to show him the ropes, since Harley gets along very well with other dogs. I suspect that once Harley gains confidence, he’ll be a very social, playful dog who would enjoy jogs/runs and hanging out at the dog park.

If you cannot resist his goofy looks, please come visit Harley in Kennel 28. For more information, please email doginfo@apsofdurham.org or leave a comment below.
