Puppy Friday: Solomon – ADOPTED!

Solomon

When I was a kid, I read children’s books that were part of the Little Golden book collection (they had stiff cardboard covers and foil binding). One of the books I read over and over was The Poky Little Puppy, and Solomon here looks very much like the puppy in the book!

Solomon

This not-so-poky-but-rather-very-soft puppy is about 3 months old, has a bit of pit/hound in him, and is a very fun puppy.

Solomon

He is very food motivated, and loves treats. At this rate, he’ll be a star pupil in obedience school!

Solomon

Although I don’t have the pictures to prove it, Solomon also loves toys. In particular, he loves playing fetch.

Solomon

It probably comes as no surprise that Solomon gets along with other dogs (he currently resides with his sister Sonya and they get along well and form a nice little puppy pile).

Solomon

Can you tell that Solomon also appreciates being cuddled and would love to be a lapdog?

Solomon

Basically, Solomon is a very well rounded dog — there isn’t anything or anyone he doesn’t like!

If you are interested in Solomon, please come visit him in Kennel 48 (he lives with his sister Sonya).
