Featured Dog: Juliet – GBNF

This rather perky girl is Juliet, a one year old pit mix.

She’s a little cautious of new things (we didn’t go on a full walk, so we stopped and sat by the concrete fence) and sometimes requires a little coaxing. She tries hard, though, and with help of treats and consistent, positive training, she’ll become a confident girl. She already knows ‘sit’ and would love to go to obedience school.

In the meantime, she’s enjoying playing with toys and snuggling up with people. And giving me the stink-eye because I asked her to wait a full five seconds before giving her a treat 🙂

If you are interested in Juliet, please come visit her in Kennel 24. For more information on Juliet, please contact doginfo@apsofdurham.org or leave a comment below.
