Meet the handsome Rory, a 18 months old pit mix who’s extremely sweet.
You’d never really tell, but he’s a very sensitive and shy soul who really wants to be loved.
He woudn’t walk unless I promised him there would be lots of cuddles at the end.
Somehow he believed me, and he got many, many cuddles and snuggles and bellyrubs.
And he eventually stopped being shy and got very comfortable!
Because of his submissive/sensitive nature. Rory wasn’t quite sure about treats, but he seems to favor being petted.
It’s not a bad thing- he’s equally affectionate in return!
You can tell that this is Rory’s idea of heaven: grass, sunshine, and lots of bellyrubs for him!
Rory seems to get along with other dogs, and may be a great companion if you are looking for a calmer dog who may get more active as his confidence grows.
If you are looking for a sweetheart of a dog, Rory is your guy.
