Puppy Friday: Oliver – ADOPTED!

This happy guy is Oliver, a 4-5 months old lab/hound mix.

He’s very food motivated and focused, and is always up for a new trick to get a treat. He should be a fun little guy to train!

He’s also a fun, slightly goofy-looking kind of guy who enjoys figuring out what you’re trying to do.

Fast forward a week later…

Oliver (or Ollie, as I like to call him for short). has gotten a little taller. His ears are standing up straighter!

He hasn’t lost any of his focus, though, and he likes toys, playing, and seems to get along with other dogs (he lived with his brother Owen for a while and already has a favorite play buddy at the shelter).

He’s still goofy as ever…

Though he might have gotten a bit more serious, although it’s hard to tell with that slight but cute underbite.

If you are interested in Oliver, please come visit him in Kennel 16. For more information on Oliver, please contact doginfo@apsofdurham.org or leave a comment below.
