Meet Walter, a handsome lab/shepherd mix who’s about 4-5 years old.
He’s quite a gentleman- one of the easiest dogs I’ve walked, and he’s very attentive and polite.
He does have a bit of a PR problem, though. He always looks so worried, which, truthfully, he is, a bit, and his eyes look very sad.
Despite his reservations, Walter is finding all sorts of joy and fun.
For example, he loves to play fetch.
And he has a cute little underbite when he “smiles.”
Mostly, I think he really is just a goofy dog waiting to come out of his shell. He would be a great dog for folks looking for an older, calmer and more mature-yet-silly canine companion.
